I ate there the other night and ordered a California burrito. The thing is huge so I didn’t finish it. I was eating the left overs the next day with my 10 month old and cut into it to find a roach was cooked into the food. I took the food back and showed the manager the roach. She agreed that’s what it was but refused to give me any kind of refund because I had eaten a lot of the burrito... but WHY would I stop eating a burrito if I didn’t find the roach until I cut into the middle of it!? I wasn’t offered a refund even for just that burrito! I was offered 50% off my next meal and to have the burrito remade! as if I’m going to go back there and eat!! Absolutely disgusting!!
