Office hours say Monday thru Friday 8 am to 5 pm. You can't even get them to answer the phone. Going off the two reviews I've read I think I will take my business elsewhere.

75.00 upfront payment for appointment. I go in for a simple refill. Absolutely nothing else was done. Two weeks later I received a bill for 365. Really? I have no words!!!!
