Really conflicted on this review. Very clean store. Very good selection of typical German staples. Prices well in line with expectations. In fact, a large bottle of Maggi is much cheaper than what I pay for mail order from Germany. Selection of meats and wurst products very good and tasty. However, while there I had a brat on a pretzel roll. Brat was sorta tasteless and over cooked served on, what to me felt like a stale roll. I know it was Saturday; but hey... and the chicken salad sandwich that my wife had was no great shakes either. It may be better to stick to the regular restaurant for food. Food aside I would rate a five.

Hollerbach’s market is a great German store with a variety of items: deli meats, baked items, candies, chocolates, alcoholic beverages, glassware, toys, clothes etc. Hollerbach’s is a great store.

A super cool hole-in-the-wall market! I can't not pay a visit when in downtown Sanford. The store is so amazing that I cant ever simply leave without looking at everything; from fine drinks to fine desserts and fresh pastries, to a delicious lunch menu prepared in their deli, to all the other wonderful things offered. I can't ever leave without buying something!

An excellent German food market in the heart of Historic Downtown Sanford. They are owned and operated by the same team that owns Hollerbach's Willow Tree Restaurant. There is a ton of great food options here, with cold case items and meats as well! They also have a hearty wine section with a good number of options available. Staff was friendly and offered help to anyone that needed it. There was a masks required sign on the door, and distancing signage throughout the store itself. I'd definitely give some of their take home sausages a try. We'd need to grab a cooler as it's a little bit of a drive from our house and we'd need to keep them cool, but they look amazing! They also have potato pancake batter in the fridge section that we'd like to try out also! Overall: A A wonderful German food store / deli, with both delicious food and wine options! Pop in and find something new to try out.

My wife and I are Willow tree Alumni. It is truly exciting to see this place expand and grow as it has. I have to say though the thing I love most about this place is it stays true to character. Fun, family, and most of all Food! While willow tree has grown exponentially since we worked here it’s still nice to see that the quality and taste of the food is still top notch authentic German food. If you looking for a great place to grab a quick bite or spend and evening with your loved ones head on to the willow tree cafe or Magnolia square market. THE BEST BRATWURST and BEER. Our lunch was Bratwurst with sauerkraut on a warm bum with spicy mustard and Grilled Rubenstien sandwich
