Kristen comes through the front door like a knight in shining armor ... armed with her scale, bag and years of knowledge and experience. She puts you at ease immediately while you watch her handle your baby with care and confidence - something you as a new mom are probably lacking. She asks you lots of questions to understand your challenges and needs and works with you and baby... Tips, tricks, gentle corrections to positioning. In my case, answered the questions the hospital LC wouldn’t or shied away from and at NO point tried to shame me for how hard this is as a first time Mom. I would highly recommend Kristen!

Kristen came recommended to me by my son’s pediatrician. I am so thankful to have found her. My milk took longer to come in after a traumatic birth and I thought for sure my dream of breastfeeding wasn’t going to happen. Kristen taught me how to latch my son and got me connected with the specialists we needed to fix his transferring issues. She also helped me increase my supply quickly so that my son was getting 100% breast milk! Now I’ve been breastfeeding for 3 months and I’m confident we will make it to a year! Her office in Oviedo is also a very relaxing space.

Kristen has been so helpful for my breastfeeding journey. I had heard so many horror stories from new moms when it came to breastfeeding. Some of those stories were from before they even left the hospital. Staff not listening to their wants and needs, but Kristen made sure that I was able to breastfed my baby the way I wanted to. She gave me support and encouragement. From the start she was able to help my baby and me with latching and different tips on helping with sore nipples in those first few weeks. After a few weeks, breastfeeding became more natural to my baby and myself. Things were easy going until I went back to work. After a few weeks of being back to work, my milk supply dropped; I became very frustrated and looked to Kristen for help. She informed me of so many ways to help increase my milk supply. Between tips and tricks and different supplements, I was able to bring my supply back up to where it needed to be. I am so grateful to have Kristen in my life and I have recommended her to many new moms in the area. She is so knowledgeable and willing to work with you to make sure that your breastfeeding journey is what you want it to be. Thank you Kristen for helping my baby and myself to get to where we are today!

Kirsten was such an amazing support and quite literally taught me how to breastfeed! Thanks to her I was able to breastfeed for a full year after. Kirsten wasn’t pushy or condescending at all, no question was silly to her. She was so patient and I could really tell she loved what she does. Not only did she help me the day my son was born and check on me throughout my hospital stay, she also had a weekly group that I attended where she was assist with feeds and weigh ins and listen to all of the mommas as we filled her in on everything going on. She understands that breastfeeding can be challenging, she provides a wealth of knowledge from her own situations and challenges in the past and I think that helps her to be so open minded and compassionate with those who are struggling

I had seen two lactation consultants before Kristen and didn't feel like I got the help or support I needed. I was suffering and so was baby. With Kristen's help we got off a nipple shield, received better information about my needed diet modifications, corrected his latch, and got the extra help we needed for a severe tongue and lip tie. She has a great network of specialists to help you beyond her touch and care for all sorts of issues which was a Godsend. Having her along for my breast feeding journey has made all the difference. She is so responsive and supportive. I didn't think I was going to make it to 6 weeks breastfeeding and now we are going on 8 months! Thank you, Kristen!

Kristen is an amazing. She listened to everything I had to say and the difficulties I was having with trying to breastfeed. It was a very difficult time for me as things had not gone as planned with my labor. She was a breath of fresh air after having a terrible experience with a lactation consultant at the hospital and then having no professional support once I got home. She offered so much advice and many suggestions and even made me laugh; it was a time of high stress for me and with just one conversation she had helped me calm down and start a plan. I really appreciated that. I highly recommend you give her a call, she is awesome!
