Our technician was a great young man named Jordan. This is a fantastic company. They’re fast, friendly, fair, trustworthy, and thorough. They’re conscious of pets and courteous about not letting them out when they have to go to the truck. They make something as stressful as HVAC malfunction much more pleasant. Prices are good too, btw. Our opinion is customer service is worth a lot, even if we pay a little more. I cannot recommend Sure Temp highly enough.

Johnny Herring performed a same day repair on my AC unit and I was extremely satisfied with his work. He was polite, cordial, and had addressed my AC issue the same day I called it in and in a matter of an hour or so (the unit had frozen up and it only took that long because it needed to thaw). He even did his work while adhering to social distancing and communicated with me over the phone to ensure everything was in good working order before he left. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC services, and if you’re lucky, you’ll have the pleasure of doing business with Johnny specifically.
