I've had my water bill set to autopay when due, which had been processing on the 2nd of the month since I've lived here over a year. Well, Sanger decides to change their billing cycle making the payment due on the 19th. You can see where I'm going with this. Of course they can't modify the autopay setup so guess what, they cut off my water on the 1st, literally one day before my payment would have processed. On top of that, they charged me a 30 cutoff fee. REALLY!?!?! Oh, they sent out a notice of course. That's why I have autopay though, so I don't have to deal with it. If your system can't handle autopay, don't offer it then cut people off due to your own limitations. I've never heard of a utility company cutting off service so soon anyway, regardless of the fact that you can see what's going on. I've literally giving you all my payment info so you can collect payment. Unbelievable. Idiots.
Staff is awful and extremely rude. By far the worst water department I have ever dealt with.
