Visiting Sanibel and staying over Shabbat I emailed the Rabbi Stephen Fuchs (best way to reach them) and was invited into a warm, inclusive, egalitarian and wonderful community for Friday evening services. They share space with a church so don’t let that dissuade you. Big parking lot if you’re driving, easy enough to walk to with the islands walk/bike trails.
