My friend and I purchased a few bottles of their olive oil and balsamic vinegar when we were visiting and chose to have it shipped. The owner said it would be delivered before Christmas but we still haven’t received our items. This is especially disappointing because it was part of a Christmas gift. We have called them Several times and was told it was shipped but it has been over a month now. At this point, I don’t even want them to send the products to me. I’ll have to contact my bank to dispute the charges. Extremely unprofessional and not good business practices.
I stopped into the store this afternoon for the first time and was very pleased with my experience. The customer service was great! I picked up a couple different oils, spices, and a cute gift for a friend. I definitley recommend checking this place out
Linda is amazing. She spent so much time with my family taste testing olive oils, bbq sauces and hot sauces. She educated us on how to use the oils and vinegrets in cooking and hot sauce for wings. Very high quality stuff.
One of my favorite shops on Sanibel. All flavors of olive oil and balsamics that are great for making salad dressings or the perfect finishing oil for your entree'. Super friendly owner and always ready to recommend a perfect paring. Will be there today to restock before I head back to Baton Rouge.
