Great place to go with pets. Very friendly staff. Great location and views. Units nicely situated and clean. Easy access to beach. Pool and hot tub nice a clean. Quiet and well cared for. Can't wait to return.

Great because it’s on Sanibel and Sanibel is just awesome. Nice that you get to take larger dogs there. The management is really nice and they care about your stay and they love animals. But our unit was not well kept. The mattress was like laying on a brick with hole indents where you sleep. The shower curtain was molded and the ceiling was peeling off. The air return was coated in dust. The mattress was so bad, we left our vacation two days early. For the price we paid, I expected a better kept unit.

Comfortable and affordable. Basically on the beach. Rent a bike or bring your own and really enjoy the island.

This was our 7 the January at the Signal Inn. While it was different because of Covid, it is the best place to stay on Sanibel. The condos are cozy and we'll stocked, the staff and renters are friendly, and we feel like we have our own private beach. Having our dog with us is the frosting on the cake.

Dog friendly beach front property. Happy dog and kids here. 2 bedroom small, but enough. Nice quiet. Rooms filled but seems empty. Lots of shells. And wild life. Dog loved swimming. Has chairs and umbrellas.

make sure you review your contract VERY careful - especially if you deal with lynn! my husband and i planned our wedding and wanted to stay at the signal inn and lynn put down a completely wrong date (off by months) and i did not review it - but know i did not give those dates! we lost our deposit and it has ruined our wedding plans

Cool place on the water. Secluded location without a whole lot of rooms. You don't feel packed in. Nice well kept grounds. We've been twice and happy both times. Recommended.
