Today 03/08 my mother in law has appointment at 10:40 am we arrived at 10:30 , behind us was a North American patient who’s appointment was at 10:00 am, they pass the patien that was late and behind my mother in law first, why? The patient that came vale should wait we was first and on time, and if we do not ask to the front des more than 3 times to why we still waiting they does not care, is because we ar not from North America? Because this looks like, the third time when we ask to the front desk she went to the back and ask to another person about it, the person replied that the other patient appointment was at 10am, they don’t care of the patient came late? Nobody was with the doctor when we arrived, so, they was waiting for the 10am patient and let us wait until they de decide, that is not fair.
