I am so disappointed with Berlin Packaging. I've been ordering from them for a while now, and everything was perfect. But my last order was a nightmare. I've waited 2 weeks to get a confirmation email before calling them and asking what's going on. I've talked to 3 different reps in 1 week, I even asked for the supervisor which they promised they'll call me back AND THEY DIDN'T. Finally after 3 weeks I got only the confirmation, and only after like 5 more days I got the shipping confirmation. I'm sorry, but I am not going to trust you nor order from you again. The fact that your own supervisor promised to call back and didn't do it just shows the quality of this company.
