Ok people at the city hall are very professional with some exemptions, I said this because one employee was not helpful at all and the next one that helped me was very kind, now the real problems is that the city employees that works out on the city are very rude, unprofessional, disgraceful and there's a lot of retaliation against citizens who shows their concerns. It's a very unfair the way some Not only the taxes are higher and the crime rate as well.

We went for our parking permits and we had an appointment, that by the way I recommend to do before going, it took us maybe 20 minutes top and the lady was really nice,no problems at all

I write only to say that the plaza in front of city hall has more homeless than United Nations plaza in San Francisco, where I went to law school and which I thought had the most homeless anywhere. I'm not saying I have a problem with it, just that it is a fact.
