Our sales person Justin Soza was he best to work with. So knowledgeable and personable. We went into the appointment wondering if we had hard water, and came out water experts. Justin was with us every step of the way offering suggestions and upgrades where needed. We are so grateful and love our new system.

The salesman was very professional.He explained what needed to be done and what the work arounds were for my home install as every home is different.Rental fees for this system for 5 yrs. was a good option for me.You will need a 2ft x 3ft space to house the 5ft tall cylinders and the 40lb bags of extra salt.Mine are in the garage.There are filters & a small cylinder under the kitchen sink.When you shower the water feels like you have a soapy feeling on your skin.You'll have to get used to this,it is what the soft water system feels like.the system does purge itself one a week for an hour or more for cleaning at 2 or 3 am.I do miss the higher water pressure that I had b4 the system was installed but,not that much of a big deal.

Had Culligan at previous house, had them come out to assess what could be done at new house in new city.. set up the exchange program for softener and filtration. N Power needed and no back washing. They come every 2 weeks like clock work and exchange my softener tanks. And if I have questions they answer their phone which in times of covid with other companies is not the case. Great Service and Love my Water.

Do not purchase the Culligan Whole Water Softener system. I have it and it worked great for about 6 months. After that it stopped working. I have had Culligan out more times than I can count and it still doesn’t work, yet I’m paying for it every month. What’s also frustrating is the process to get someone out to fix the unit. They’re usually about 1-2 weeks scheduled out so you can imagine how much time I have invested to just get the unit fixed.

The people that work there are very nice. However parts for their old water softeners are over priced compared to competing brands.
