I had a consultation with another office prior to coming in to Advanced Laser and Cosmetics because I wanted to make the best decision based on 2 consults. I am so glad I did because this was by far the best experience!! I immediately felt comfortable from the initial call to make the appointment to the actual consultation. Of course I was nervous and everyone was great! I was not rushed they answered all my questions with compassion and understanding and did not suggest anything that was not necessary. Dr. Ali Roham had wonderful bedside manners.. I don’t usually write reviews, but I highly recommend using them, and I would use them again for any future needs.

Hello, as most people I was extremely scared and out of my comfort zone looking for the right doctor to do some life changing surgery. I found Dr. Ali Roham online after searching for plastic surgeons close by and with great reviews. I was looking for a doctor that was professional, experienced, and made me feel cared for and respected. I also knew I didn’t know which doctor I was going to go with and knew free consultations were the way to go. I came in for the first time two months ago for a breast augmentation consult and immediately knew this was the doctor for me. So nice, explained literally everything and answered all my questions, wasn’t creepy which honestly was and should be a factor. Dr. Ali Roham is amazing and his staff is like your over for dinner. Asking you how you are, sharing their experiences and making you feel so at ease. Dr. Roham gives you his phone number, and if you have any concerns or questions no matter the time of day will text you right back. My surgery was planned a month later and the entire experience was simple, enjoyable, and hassle free. They make it easy to understand and are right there next to you during the entire process. They really care for their patients and their new journeys after surgery. I am now five weeks out post op and I couldn’t be happier with my size, my recovery, my healing, and this office and staff. You should make an appointment if you are curious about any surgery to enhance your life. They are all truly great and can’t wait to help you through all of it.

Words cannot begin to describe how grateful I am to have found Dr. Ali online. I began searching for doctors in my area that perform blepharoplasty and came across Advanced Laser and Cosmetic Plastic Surgery. The minute I started seeing the before and after photos and reading the reviews, I knew that I had to come in for a consultation and I was not disappointed. A week later, I came back in for my procedure and it went so well. Dr. Ali and the staff treated me like a VIP and took very good care of me. My recovery is going well and I can already see the results. Dr. Ali likes to set up check-up appointments after the surgery which is great. Again, VIP treatment. What I liked most about Dr. Ali is his honesty. He is not here just to sell you on a procedure. He really gets to know you and wants to help make you feel great and satisfied with what you are wanting to achieve. I will definitely be back.
