went in last week and the staff was excellent. my case was very confusing and i talked to a manager and she listened to me and helped me . i was then sent to a worker who was very professional and really cared about making sure i was heard and my case was straightened out. great job

If you are trying to get an Obama phone this is definitely a good office to go to. There are usually at least two or three different cell carriers there.
