I have purchased an early birth certificate for my son, birth certificate did not get accepted by Secretary of State for international use. I had to obtain a signature from Count Clerk Recorder to make it valid. Please be aware if you need to use the document for international purposes. I am giving one star to take attention to this detail , otherwise the agency was decent!

I went this morning to get my son's Birth Certificate. It's at a New location. I would've given this place 4 stars for their quickness. But unfortunately these ladies at front desk CAN'T wait until a customer is away from their window to gossip. I know it's Monday, ladies at work like to catch up on gossip but do it during lunch. I'm at window and All I hear was. \OMG so I wasn't able to go to my ex bosses party because i didn't have a babysitter CULEROS\....while stamping papers...lol..wow!!

It takes sometime to finding parking space but other than that service is fast, receptionist are little serious but I can undestand after serving or dealing with so many people
