This location is not open to the public. Nothing but praise for this company. Seeing the dedication and hard work that these employees extrude is a testament to the companies longevity and success. Of course there will be outages, that is normal, but watching them work to get us back up shows that they really care about their customers and the community.

Simply incompetent. We had service with Anaheim Public Utilities for 12 years and had ONE power outage during all this time; we had to switch to SC Edison and in under a month, we have had two power outages already. The phone app is obsolete and useless much like their website. Contacted customer service on a different issue and spoke with two different people who were as incompetent as a doorknob, clueless about their own policies and one had the audacity to ask “where are you getting this information?” after I inquired about a policy on their website and had already mentioned this. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor who thankfully was able to solve my concern after almost one hour on the phone.
Terrible customer service they don't care about thier customers. I told them that someone is tempering with my meters and I'm paying to much money for the electricity bill like 150 for one bedroom. Unfortunately, they told yes it's possible to get charged like this And now my bill is 60, and I keep my AC off and I barely use electricity in my house so why my bill shows to much usage ? They don't want to take responsibility toward thier customers even to check the meters regularly.
Have a huge bank of unused EV chargers behind a locked fence. Need more EV chargers in this area
This is the single worst company I have ever dealt with. Random power shut-offs, fees to turn the power back on, they give no information on how to actually pay them successfully, and don’t even mail the bills to your home!!!!! The customer service just pushes you off the phone and doesn’t even pretend to fix your problems. I would pay another company double for electricity if I didn’t have to deal with SCE ever again.
