The first time I saw all the people they feed here 3 times a day I started crying... I didn't know so many volunteers do so much for people! I wish so much more of America cared. Sometimes a simple smile or 50 or hug or hand shake....any respect no matter where you or us or them are in our lives at that moment or longer could change a person's self esteem and or life! We all are trying to make it through this thing called life...

Safe place to get a fresh start in life. Help with reestablishing your life health etc. Great structured staff and county workers. Wonderful case managers there to meet your needs and final help placement with rapid rehousing /permanent housing. Ends homelessness. Starts with you.

I lived there for about 1-1/2 years. In my opinion the place is just 1 step above the street. That is all it should be!! It suppose to be just a temporary shelter only!!! High percentage of the people there are treating the place as a long term shelter. People complain about the shelter. As bad it might be, it is a lot better than other shelters in Orange County!!! There are at least 3 separate served every day. Everybody sleeps on a military cot or better. No body sleeps on the ground. There are unwanted animals in shelter. That is because of the people living there refusing to fallow the rules regarding food in sleeping area. If the people living there would stop breaking/destroying the place. The place wouldn't need so many repairs.
