There is personal customer service- and there is the PERSONAl kind. It's a good bet you'll never find a more conscientious, interested, competent, kind and all around wonderful guy on whom to depend. I could tell you some stories, but just this: Mike is first rate in every way and so is his service. He's been so important for our family with our son's community sailing adventure based in French Polynesia, our daughter living in Oaxaca, Mexico and we in Bahia, Brazil. Highly recommended is an understatement.
Mike is a great guy, great at what he does and does a fantastic job of knowing each one of his clients by name and face.
