All options? More like ONLY ONE OPTION. As someone who IS pregnant, planned parenthood does NOT follow through with what they follow through with. Zero prenatal care and zero ultrasounds to women who are unsure about their decision yet. Just to educate unsure pregnant women out there, planned parenthood ONLY offers ultrasounds to women who are only considering abortions and they will NOT show you the ultrasound! According to experience form other women, only 4% of planned parenthoods will maybe tell you your due date and how far along you are....it's very sad. Was always neutral about planned parenthood. Have been there for other medical services. Wanted to receive help because I was desperate and they were unable to help me. If you are even considering the baby, they will not help you.

Worst service....how about more like no service. Literally no one is reachable at Planned Parenthood by phone. I tried calling Santa Barbara & Ventura offices no luck at all. I made an appointment no problem online. However, due to work conflict I needed to call to reschedule. No one ever picks up, and the line just says call back later. There is no option to wait on the line , or to get a call back. Super annoying because I don't want to get charged for an appointment I tried to reschedule in a timely manner, and just cause no one can or does answer the phone line at Planned Parenthood I don't want a no show fee. Also, I tried to cancel the online appointment I made, but can't find it so perhaps it never went through all the way. Still it has been a couple days that I have called Planned Parenthood during normal operating hours & no one has ever answered. Seems entirely strange seeing as I had no problem getting through to other hospitals , or medical centers when needing to call & speak with an actual person. Get your act together Planned Parenthood there's literally no reason clients should have such a hard time getting through to you. I ended up trying to cancel by Fax, hoping it reaches an employee there, and I better not get a no-show fee. Oh yea & no option to leave a message either like seriously I can't even leave a message to cancel. After this week not dealing with Planned Parenthood I plan to find a better running medical/woman's health center to deal with from now on. One that actually answers phone line. Needless to say this has been stressful as I am on a budget & really can't afford a no-show appointment when I called in a timely manner just to have no one pick up their business phone.

Just a beautiful, immaculately clean medical clinic. The staff was polite, helpful, well trained & a pleasure to meet. My daughter who is an RN (& awesome) has been going here for the past few years & highly recommends it & now so do I. Planned Parenthood is a wonderful organization that dramatically increases the quality of life of women & their children. The best thing you can do for yourself is to have regular checkups & be proactive in preventative healthcare & this agency is a leader in this field. Thank you!

I thought this was a free clinic. But judging by the fact they won't accept my insurance and want to make me pay 90, that's not the case. In addition, I usually went to planned parenthood for birth control pills. CVS claimed my Rx was being refilled. Call back several days later and they say it's never been filled and that they contacted planned parenthood for authorization (to which they never responded). Couldn't even schedule a last minute appointment. Never coming back. I found a last minute appointment elsewhere with much better customer service.
