What can I say!! How many shops will go to the lengths that these guys go to in order to get you your boards!!? I don't know of any! Customer service here is A* and the quality of the product speaks for itself!! I am here (in SF) for a short trip from El Salvador and when other delivery options were either too expensive , or wouldn't reach me in time, the staff drove a 10 hr round trip to ensure I got my boards before returning home! Being from a foreign country the communication was great, via email. I was always informed of what was going on and my emails were answered quickly. In my opinion its hard, in any trade, to match a world class workman with world class service but Trim does that competently. Great surfboards and great people!!!
Great little shop! Hand shaped boards all over the place. Forward thinking shapes while paying tribute to designs that have progressed surfing through decades past. Very casual vibe and super helpful staff... Definitely filling a need for the SB Surf community.
Have fantastic business etiquette. Got a dream board and they took care of shipping rhe board across the world at a minimum price. These guys are legends!
Great eclectic hometown surf shop! Well stocked and versed in the ways of surf craft. A must visit!
