Very nice and they know their stuff. Our dog damaged our plantation shutters. I was able to remove a couple of the shutters, fill them and repaint - just like new but needed the little plastic pins in order to reinstall the slats in the shutters. I went to Try County in hopes that they would have the pins for sale. They did not I was told. Instead of selling them to me - they gave them to me. Great customer service and unexpected.
