Firstly we are great admirers of SAKOON chain of restaurants, especially Mountain View branch. We visited to dine in around 9 Pm yesterday And we were received by two ignorant waiters who seems to care-less about the customer service rather rush to their homes soon. We ordered some beers and starter (SIZZLER) recommended by them and funny part is it didn’t come in sizzler plate but got charged the same and the waiter explanation is too silly to post it here!! I will leave pics below for reference. For main course we order a bread basket, curries n rice. Curries and rice were good but bread was dried up. Pro - good old monk beer - tasty curries Cons - worst service - bad starters for premium price - wouldn’t recommend bread basket SAKOON el Camino branch needs to maintain their standards. Would recommend this place to anyone. For proper SAKOON experience visit the one on the Castro street, Mountain View.

Food was good. We had one of our close friend’s farewell party. We all had (around 20people) great time. Courteous staff and nice ambience ️

I liked this location compared to the Mountainview. The interior is very nice. I would even say romantic. The service is usual, however the food is made upon the order, so expect a bit longer wait than usual. However, the food presentation is very good and the taste is delicious too. The quantity is sufficiently provided too. Good for multiple visits :)

The lunch buffet is solid. The dessert was so so and there wasn’t any chai. The location is good and Sakoon was able to accommodate our large group while it was quite busy. It’s worth checking out but I do feel like the buffet may have been better before the remodel.

Amazing buffet style Indian food served in an upstreet style with appealing presentation and a very caring staff. The lunch buffet is Highly recommended. Loved their preparation of Naan and paneer. Also serves not vegetarian options in the buffet.

Horrible food and very bad customer service. We had ordered paneer butter masala , kofta curry, veg jalfrezi and saag paneer. All the curries were extremely sweet. They had made it sweet to to hide the stale taste. And the veg dum biryani was not fully cooked , it had raw spices in it , with uncooked vegetables. Just tasted it and throat is hurting. Raita was also very sweet. When we called to let them know that we ordered food for 113 and it’s horrible, they asked us to get all the food back to the hotel all the way back from Cupertino. Horrible customer service, they really don’t care for what customer’s concerns are. We are never ever stepping in there. Nobody should go there!
