Horrible experience! Prepaid weeks are NON-REFUNDABLE, (no exchanges, no store credit or anything of the sort - this is not stated on their website, but wouldn't give me any store credit). So if you are trying cloth diapers or the service you better be sure you're gonna stick with it for at least a month (they only do 4 weeks, can't purchase single weeks) So for my baby shower my mom got me a gift certificate to this place 88 minimum to start. I was so excited cause I do love the name Blessed Bums, I want the best for my little one & I wanted to use cloth diapers too. However, I was not aware that the diapers I get are NOT brand new. They have been used by other people! I know there are people that are ok with that but not me. I assumed they were new & there's nowhere in the website stating that they are not brand new. Also, the diapers are washed together with other customers diapers, again not ok with me. Not worth 22/week. Plus there's a 25 fee for a pail & liner due at sign up & they don't even belong to you. You need to purchase covers for the diapers minimum of 2 & the cheapest ones are 11. So disappointed to have such a bad experience & waste of money. Cloth diapering is not for everyone, all I asked for was store credit so that I wouldn't have to waste the rest of the prepaid weeks.
