Over the course of 6 hours in a Saturday, Sergio refreshed my knowledge of Adult/ Pediatric CPR, AED, and First Aid. This class is was very helpful and unique from other CPR classes I have taken! The practical part to this class helped me memorize certain CPR techniques better! I highly recommend this course!

I attended a BLS class with Sergio Castrellon and I have to say that he provided the BEST instruction I have ever received for CPR. I honestly believe I learned more from his basic class in contrast to the ACLS class I took two years ago from another instructor. He gave tips from a real life point of view and was observant and pointed out our deficiencies in a productive manner. I left feeling like I can actually handle an emergency situation properly. Needless to say I will be returning when it's time for me to renew.
Great instructor, clean facility, Sergio makes you feel comfortable to ask any question. Very to the point and easy to understand. I left the class feeling confident that I can preform CPR and first aid properly. Would recommend his training to everyone.
We have used Heart N Soul for our CPR and 1st Aid trainings for the past few years. Sergio is one of the best instructors I've had in the last 30 years! I recommend him to everyone looking for training.
I had an an appointment with training solutions, which they cancelled the day before, which made me frantic. My training was expiring at the end of the month. I googled and stumbled upon Heart N Soul and Sergio Castrellon was the instructor. I was lucky to get in the next day and there was an opening to also bring my son. This was a great experience especially for my son being his first time. Sergio made him feel quite confident with his skills. Sergio made the learning experience easy and quite clear. I will make this the only training spot for the future.
What a fantastic experience. I really feel like I got a quality education and learned some valuable skills. Sergio is really passionate about what he does and I believe that is evident in his classes. I can't imagine going anywhere else for training. Thank you so much Sergio.
