We used them for a move out clean in Santa Clarita apartment. They were awesome! They set clear expectations of what they’d clean, came right on time, and did an amazing job! They cleaned all the blinds, cleaned in and around the washing machine, vacuumed and mopped the floors, dusted ceiling fans, wiped down the walls, cleaned inside all drawers and cabinetry and cleaned our kitchen appliances. Our apartment was spotless for the move! If you’re thinking of hiring cleaners for a move out clean in Santa Clarita, hire them, you won’t regret it!

We had them come out yesterday for an initial cleaning (180). Our house is always tidy and relatively clean (2 working adults, no kids). No clutter. Automatic vacuum runs twice a week. No dirty dishes ever in the sink, etc. 2 bedroom, 1 bath house of about 1100 sq ft. Not a huge job. We were disappointed in the level of cleaning they did, particularly for a 1st cleaning where they charge a premium. They stayed for just over 2 hours (I can tell by the motion sensors) and it was barely cleaner than we left it that morning. Here's a list of the major things we noticed (some with pictures added) 1. streaky mess on stove top burner (and they replaced the burner covers wrong) 2. Hardwood floors not cleaned (see pics 1 and 2) 3. Kitchen sliding doors tracks not vacuumed out (pic 3) 4. Medicine cabinet interior mirrors and shelves not cleaned 5. Refrigerator shelves not wiped down and streaks left on exterior (they didn't use the stainless steel cleaner we left out for them) 6. Dining table surface not cleaned (pic 4) 7. Kitchen tiles not cleaned (pic 5) 8. Two Bedroom windows not cleaned (we asked specifically for this and removed the screens so they could get to them) And to top it off, they left the sliding doors in the kitchen area unlocked when they left. What did they do right? Shrug... seemed like they dusted and wiped down the easy to reach surfaces. Not much for 180. We both spent about more than an hour after we got home cleaning up after the cleaners. Reported this to Molly Maid of Santa Clarita and they agreed to knock of 25 from the next cleaning. /shrug We're going to give them one more chance and I'll update this review afterwards. Edit: They came back but really didn't improve. We won't be using them again.
