Excellent people, service, quality, and prices. John in the showroom was patient and knowledgeable. Nick the owner was responsive, helpful, and determined to ensure we were happy with the process and the final job. The two Georges who installed our vinyl plank flooring and all new baseboard paid attention to detail, were easy to work with, and rearranged their schedule to get us back in the house as quickly as possible and saved us approximately 350 in hotel and pet boarding costs! (We chose to get out of their way while they replaced all of our flooring, moving furniture and belongings as needed.) Our new floors look amazing and the price was much better than the competition. I recommend you check them out.

Robert and his crew did a great job! they know what they're doing. what i appreciate most is that they didn't take any shortcuts but instead were focused on doing it right. they did quality work. John was great to work with as well in helping us choose our floors. he was patient and did a great job of listening to what we wanted. I recently sought out assistance from SCV Floorsmith to replace carpet in several room and the stairs of my home to prepare it to go on the market for sale. They were quick to respond with with quotes for multiple styles and price levels. The price quotes were no hassle and no hidden feeds or pushy upgrades. After finding the right carpet we wanted they sent an installer within two days. Fransisco was our installer and he was excellent. He was one of the hardest workers I’ve ever seen. He did an expert job, was caring within our home and kept all the areas he worked in clean. Everything came out as we had hoped. Quick, efficient and a great customer experience all around.

I have everything great to say about SCV floorsmith! As a first time home buyer dealing with a fixer upper, they took so much stress away. From start to finish everyone was down to earth, professional, and friendly. I felt so comfortable throughout the process and they went above and beyond to make sure the final product came out perfectly. Larissa met me at the showroom twice to go through options for hardwood and carpet, she was so sweet, knowledgeable and patient throughout the decision making process. She also took very thorough measurements at the condo. Nick coordinated the details with me via phone and was always very quick to respond to any questions and helped to find the perfect options to fit the budget. My condo requires a very specific underlayment for noise and he managed to find an option that surpassed the requirements and was locally available (saving me hundreds of dollars on shipping). Jose and his team did our installation and we couldn’t have chosen more pleasant people to spend the week with. They knew exactly what they were doing and our carpet and hardwood came out better than I ever could have hoped. A huge thanks to this wonderful company for making our space finally start to feel like a home. I’m looking forward to updating photos with the finished space!
