I was unable to get a bike do to length of back orders. Mike was very helpful in getting my deposit back. If you have the time or just want to check in you might get lucky. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

This is the best bike store in town. Great staff and management who are knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy and friendly. They have provided me with great service every time that I have been in and often have provided free service to me when I’ve purchased items to put on my bike. I have been very pleased with the bikes, products and service I have received from each of the staff members Jeromy, Bob, James, Curtis and the new manager Will. They will always answer and questions and help you out with any of your needs or questions.

I stopped in 2 weeks ago to get info regarding ebikes. They have a process for keeping infections down, masks, hand sanitizer. Only a certain amount of customers in at one time. Zach was GREAT, so very helpful. He took his time to explain so much. Showed me options. Definitely will buy from them when the time comes.

This is the Mecca of gear geeky. Wide and varied selection, unbelievable prices, and a crunchy ethos that makes you never want to deal with a corporate operation like EMS ever again. Salespeople are plentiful and well-informed, and it's easy (too easy?) to get sucked into the Sports Basement experience.

Took my beloved Fisher bicycle in there for a long overdue tuneup. Turned out needed multiple parts replacement. 24 hours later received call that bike was ready for pickup. All I can say is WOW! Like new, maybe even better. Nice staff and repairs were fairly priced. Thank you!
