I called this morning when I lost electricity in the bathrooms and adjacent areas. Matt called me back quickly and was able to come to the house in a couple of hours. On July 5th I thought this was excellent with the holiday weekend. He was very efficient in locating the problem it was a bit challenging as it was related to a bad receptacle that has not been used in years. He replaced the receptacle did not try and sell me anything I did not need and he charged me a very reasonable amount. He is very professional and pleasant and I will definitely use him again.
I have had Universal Electric work on many projects over the last 14 years and I can't think of one that was delayed or exceeded budget due to Universal Electric.
