Horrible service. Scheduled service for a mattress pickup. Was told to leave the mattress next to the cans on my normal service day. I put the mattress out the previous night and no one ever came to pick up the mattress. I called the next morning and the person on the phone said that the driver said the mattress wasn't there. Complete and total lie! The person on the phone said that a driver would come that day to pick up the mattress. The day went by and nothing. Mattress was still on the curb. I called again the next morning and the person on the phone said they promised a driver would be there today, day #3 to pick up the mattress. A driver finally showed up that evening and drove right by my house. I flagged the driver down before he left the neighborhood. He said he couldn't take the mattress because it wasn't wrapped in plastic. What!?!? Not one person, out of the 4 people i spoke with, said anything about plastic. It's absolutely crazy a business is allowed to continue like this. It's no wonder I see mattresses and couches dumped on the side of the road.

We have been waiting for 3 weeks for a broken trash can to be replaced and they never show up to replace it even . The customer service staff is very rude and operates like a mafia knowing I have no alternative. I pay my bill on time and expect to be serviced on time and your committed appointments to be kept.
Horrible customer service. Last week, WM skipped over picking up the trash from my blue barrel along with 6 other homes that followed my home, but yet our recycle and green waste were attended to. As the WM truck was still in the neighborhood I called WM (can't speak to the local office as all calls are routed to a central call center) and I was advised that the truck would be back. Never happened and as I write this (5 days and 7 seven phone calls as well as a visit to our WM local office, my blue barrel remains on the curb along with my neighbors. Additionally my community is governed by an HOA that impose fines for trash containers left at the street. I keep hearing that they'll give this the utmost priority but their word at this point means nothing.
Their employees are very rude to the customers. They think I can't cancel the service even though they treat us rudely with poor customer service, because they know this business is kind of monopoly; we have no choice but them. Whenever I talk to them over the phone, I can feel they don't want to work hard.. Lack of Professionalism.
Over a month with broken trash cans and when I call they hang up on me after long \covid\ wait times...worst company anyone has ever worked with! Hence the 1 star from everyone (well expect for their employees that leave 5 star reviews)
