I had the same idea and thought to stop by on a business trip, but I did some research and realized that that is not how RENEGADE JUGGLING operates. Order over the website and let them ship it or swing by to pick it up. That is how they are geared, just work with it rather than get confused expectations and then make irrelevant complaints. I have no special connection to Renegade, I am a repeat customer only, and I only know the team there from working through order details. What I like best about Renegade is the focus they put into building props and shipping. They take it seriously and have a real awareness of what goes into how their provisions are used in the performance and practice worlds.

Spent over 100, selected and paid 13 for FedEx Ground shipping due to massive month long USPS delays, (Christmas and Covid) and then I get an email with a USPS tracking number....their answer? They missed the request for FedEx AND they stopped using FedEx 3 days ago..........right. Thanks renegadejuggling. I knew I should've gotten the Dube clubs instead. Also, I have 2 different packages still sitting at USPS FOR A MONTH. I don't think I'll be getting my clubs Tuesday.
Purchased the 70mm Red LED Juggling Balls and they arrived in excellent condition within 2 days. The color and lighting of the balls is absolutely intense and hypnotic. They are also very smooth and evenly weighted, and when not lit, look like snowballs. I would definitely purchase from this company, again.
Good products but don't bother going in person unless its just to pick up. I changed plans and drove hours to get here while on a business trip and was planning on getting tons of stuff, and the owner was rude and wouldn't take out products to show me unless I knew specifically what I wanted. He acted like me being there was a total imposition. The juggling community is usually such a warm group, this was a disappointing experience.

One of the quickest correspondence I've ever had when I emailed to pick up my items in person. The studio can be a little confusing to find at first, but it's the red door garage with a side entrance. Fantastic customer service with knowledgeable staff. Will definitely buy my future circus equipment from them!
