Santa Cruz Tech Exchange is a great place to find technical support or find a computer! The staff helped me to select a laptop based on my needs and usage, and then upgraded it to have all the storage I need. I am very happy with my new laptop! I was given lots of guidance in the process of selection, plus an excellent price. The staff is professional and friendly, and Filip, the owner, really cares that you get great service and are happy with your purchase. The experience was a pleasure all around. They take pride in their work and follow up to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase, and they are happy to answer any questions that may arise. I highly recommend this great shop!
