Omg ! What a place in the downtown of Santa Fe! I was highly happy to find this place for healthy breakfast. First, I'm a big lover of healthy things and fancy brunches. This place wasn't fancy but it had cozy and friendly atmosphere. As soon we walked in, our waiter Jaimie showed up. He had a great personality and amicable attitude. He explained the concept of the cafe and pointed some interesting items on the menu. The place didn't have a regular coffee but had other thrilling drinks. I asked Jamie to take control of our morning drinks and he brought some special drinks for us that tasted deliciously! With the food it was a problem...because we wanted to try everything! We order overnight oats and avocado toast with salmon. Oh my... we couldn't finish half... we were so full after the drink and the food that we couldn't breathe lol. Also, we tried oxygen therapy (I did this in the past I knew the benefits). The oxygen helped me to deal with the changed altitude and increased the energy level. Highly suggesting to visit this place! Thank you Jamie to taking care of us! Great place!!!! I definitely want to go back!

We came for the oxygen(did NOT realize Santa Fe was so high!), we stayed because the food smelled so good. I got the lemon chicken and that plate was cleaned by the time I was finished. No morsel left behind. The beverage I decided to go with was \Elevate\ which touted itself as a Thai-tea but with X amounts of benefits. I don't know what it was or was meant to do, but it was delicious and refreshing without being cloying. The service was wonderful and the atmosphere was intimate and lovely. I would gladly go back day after day! (If the evening is chilly I also highly recommend the buttered chai. The coconut milk does not overpower any of the spices, it's just the right blend to warm and soothe)

My family has been coming here for a couple of years now and we have always enjoyed the high quality food (especially all the DELICIOUS vegan options) and awesome, friendly service. Today is the first time of the countless times we’ve gone where there was a mistake with our food we ordered to go. My husband went back in to explain the issue and when it was brought to the attention of the owner, she couldn’t have been more kind and attentive. She assured him she’d do what she could to make sure it wouldn’t happen again, and she refunded us for our meals and gave us a couple of slices of their out of this world key lime pie. Thanks for your kindness tonight and always. And thank you for the yummy pie! We appreciate it so much!

I've traveled all around the globe and always make time to eat an amazing meal for breakfast, lunch and dinner at apothecary restaurant. I wish there was one in every city I traveled. The quality of high vibe food and atmosphere make my soul sing with happiness! I highly recommend.
