What can I say, awesome service from the beginning to the end. We arrived with a Debonair and the reserved Hertz car was ready on the ramp so we could unload the plane. Plane was tied done immediately. It was Friday in the evening and we had a mechanical issue. While we immediately got the AOG number for Aero Services, we were catered with a hot coffee and a biscochito, the national cookie of New Mexico. On the next morning our plane was towed to Aero Services. While waiting for a diagnosis I had another coffee and a cinnamon roll. On our departure we could drop the car with the front desk and leave with a fixed plane. Thank you Michaela and team, you did an awesome job!
One of the best FBOs in New Mexico in my opinion. The service here is always top notch and the facilities are gorgeous. I highly recommend stopping in.
Great place to watch planes
Amazing service. The manager gave me his brand new headset to borrow on a ferry flight across the country. Best FBO I've ever been to.
