The work is great! The Store Keeper needs an attitude check. Very rude and really does not put out a nice vibe, and never smiles. Would of given five stars but in the week and half that I did business with him, never a smiled or pleasantry. If you have a great clientele, and do great work (enjoy your work)!

Good Riddance He closed shop left town with no additional information just a sign saying he's closed and left town. I guess he liked my 240 pair of shoes more than I did. Pretty gutless since he did it on January 1st when no one was around

I drove into town and forgot my ticket for the boots I had stretched through the sole. The guy was unbelievably rude about it, saying "I give it to you for a reason". So I said "I can go home and get it if you want, I just forgot it". He said "You can do whatever you want". He ended up asking for my name since that was written on the ticket too, and found them right away so it truly wasnt that difficult. I absolutely see the need for tickets, but we are all human and forget things occasionally. I was treated like dirt and therefore will not be back. He has been grumpy and rude every time I have been in there, but he does good work and I'm all about supporting small businesses. This was the last time I give it another chance. If you don't like your work....don't do it.

Excellent work on a pair of leather boots and fixing up and rebuilding the heels on a pair of ladies Oxford shoes. The latter looked as good as new and I'll be able to get a good few more years of wear out of them.

Terrible customer service. Doesn’t explain things to customers and gets mad and literally kicks them out of the store. Called the police on a woman who checked her shoes and he hadn’t even repaired what she went I there for. He wouldn’t listen. Called the police. Unreasonable individual. I’ve heard three separate experiences - can’t believe he’s still in business.
