Every year I go there to get my Christmas tree lot. Great service it’s very easy process just pick the tree and they take of everything from there they give the tree a fresh cut, Net it and tie the tree to the car for no extra price. High quality trees are beautiful premium trees you can see it.
They won’t ever get my business again. The manager lied to my face and told me someone else was the manager. When I approached the nice man that helped me earlier in the day and asked him who the manager was he said it was the guy inside (who pointed me elsewhere). The same guy also lied and said his employee said something that he didn’t say. All this to make me come back and pay another 25 for a stand after the one I came home with didn’t work and the tree kept falling. Pure scam artist and a liar for a manager.
Rip off lot. WAY overpriced. Tis the season to be greedy with this lot. Try the lot 2 or 3 blocks east on santa monica blvd.
The lot just three or four blocks east is significantly cheaper.
