I had Brand X for years (basically forced to) and it was the worst company I've ever had to deal with. Terrible internet and terrible customer service. What a nightmare. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Stay far away!
David was great. He was accommodating and friendly. He took the extra steps to change out wires to improve efficiency which I appreciate. Other cable companies wouldn't do so. Also..Blazing fast speeds!!
Brand X Internet is just super simple and great value for your money. Doug was awesome setting it up. Showed up on time, knew what he was doing and helped way beyond what he needed to.. Very highly recommended.
I was so happy I found this company. Jim was very nice, always reachable until there was a problem. I don't have internet for 6 days now. I work from home, and without internet I cannot work. The days I don't work, I don't get paid for. Also I don't have cable and watch everything through the internet. I spoke with Jim twice, he texted me couple of times letting me know that there is a problem, and they can't fixed it so far and don't know what the problem is. It all started Thursday. I received the last text from Jim on Saturday. Since Monday I called many times, only the answering service available. Jim doesn't return my calls and doesn't reply to my texts. I want this service to be cancelled and can't reach anyone. I think all positive reviews are from the customers who just got the service or didn't have any problems yet. Companies like this one should be closed. STAY AWAY!!!
