This sculpture is located in the middle of Tongva Park, in Santa Monica. Comprised of tall, silver poles topped with what look like wind speed propellors, the art is dynamic and shifts with the direction of the air. Viewable from a distance, it's great to check out up close! There are plenty of benches surrounding it to sit down, as well as a large grassy area to lay back on.
