I pulled into the parking lot and was immediately greeted by an employee. He looked over my SUP Taxi I purchased elsewhere and right away knew the roof rack I needed for my car to make that part function. The transaction was so quick and easy! Thanks Cory. One of my parts had to be ordered so when I returned to have my racks installed a few days later another gentlemen said to give him an hour, but it only took 40 minutes! The employee also printed out the user manual for the SUP for me! I was very impressed by this store and its employees and highly recommend them to all. Well done.

Great experience at Rack Attack in Santa Monica (Los Angeles)! I called ahead early in the day and they had 1 left of the roof basket I wanted, so Daniel said he would hold it for me until I could get down there later that day. It was there as promised and after a quick payment they carefully loaded it into the back of my car. Daniel and 2 other employees were there, and they are were very cool and down to earth. I also bought locks for the rack, and I was planning on getting 4 but they told me honestly that I only really needed 2. Very happy with my experience at Rack Attack! Thanks guys!
