I was greeted right away and helped with both returning my clothes and then checking in. I liked how they divided the sections into "day to day" and more fancy/formal wear plus color coordination. It looks like a lot of thought went into it, and I'm sure it's not easy to manage since clothes rotate all the time. Even though I didn't pick any items this time round I'm definitely going to be back. The convenience to return your items and be able to select new ones (even if it's online) is great.
I'm super grateful they opened a RtR store in Santa Monica so I didn't have to drive all the way out to Topanga! I ordered my dresses online and then went to the storefront to try them on, ensure I got the right sizes, and then when I was done I returned it here to so I didn't have to deal with shipping it back. Great experience and everyone who worked there was friendly and attentive.
Very limited selection, and generally nice staff. However, I did feel a bit judged by the staff which was not great. I also wish that they had a bit larger of a shopping area as well as fitting rooms.
Relentlessly condescending from start to finish. In a retail market driven by "experience" this one fell flat.
Located inside of West Elm on the Santa Monica promenade. Difficult to get to and their selections are limited. Great concept though!
