The MRI technicians were great. The front office was terrible. First, they forgot to give me back my drivers license. Then while I was waiting for my CD they completely spaced and I ended up having to remind them that I was waiting for the CD which had been clearly ready for quite some time. Lastly, they offer validated parking but never asked if I needed that so I ended up having to pay for parking and for the extra waiting.

Everyone was great at Resolution Advanced Imaging! The women at the reception desk were efficient and friendly, and I got in for my scan right on time. The technician was thorough and made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend the facility!

Staff was professional and polite. I was 30 minutes late, shame on me for not calling in advance to let them know I was running behind. They still took care of me and didn't make me feel bad for being late and not calling. And, minimal wait time until they called me back to be seen. One suggestion and a small observation: They're located down in the basement of the building and I didn't see their information on the directory in the lobby. Although they tell you that they're on the lower level when you schedule your appointment, they should post signs or have directions made more clearly.
