Every month, valuable and informative seminars & webinars are held about various Real Estate topics that will open up your eyes and perspective on wiser ways of investing in real estate. Once you're a member, Sam's Real Estate Club member portal has fantastic educational resources, real estate investment tools, and sample forms to help set you up properly in your real estate investing. As a member, I found his Deal Analysis tool very useful. This tool helps you do a proper Deal Analysis on Wholesale Properties, Fix & Flips, Foreclosures, Multi-units, Rental and Commercial Properties and is absolutely vital before investing into any property or selling it. Without this, you can practically forget about making effective offers, collecting the appropriate amount of rent, and getting good deals on your properties. You won't go wrong with this Real Estate Investment Club. Sam is a very wise man and highly experienced in giving you the proper guidance in real estate investing.

I wholeheartedly recommend Sam's RE Club for real estate investors of every level. I personally reached out to Sam to help me out with my very first wholesale deal as I had no working knowledge of how to do one from start to finish. Sam gave me honest and thoughtful advice throughout, and we were able to smooth out several issues that came our way like: an outside party trying to steal my deal, various re-negotiations with the seller due to property conditions and tenant issues. This is the second time I sell a house for Sam , first time I sold one of my properties for him was in 2014 it was a smooth transaction and couple of days ago I sold another one, Sam is very honest and reliable. I KNOW how confusing and stress it can be to sell your home sweet home but you can trust im. Sam can be a little impatient sometimes BUT nobody is perfect and he did a great and FAST CLOSING in both times. I highly recommend Patricia :)
