I had two tasks to accomplish at the Spectrum Store in Santa Monica. One was to exchange the cable box for one of my patients. The other task was to shop cell phones and to check how competitive Spectrum was with both the big guys (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.) Well, that didn't happen, because not a single person asked if I needed assistance. What this said to me is, potential customers don't matter. Maybe existing customers don't matter either. Do you know who does value potential new customers? AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.

Guess how long it would take to simply drop off their equipment. If they want it back they should organize a little better.
Not organized. I need to have somebody outside answering questions and directing. Not clear on the appointment structure. They can do a better job communicating to people
So much about limited capacity during Covid. The staff rather cuts cartons than trying to help customers. And everyone is waiting inside...
There is a comfortable waiting area. You can also call ahead for an appointment these days that Is a very well needed. You sign in at the kiosk and take a seat. There was about 4 people ahead of me. I waited for 10 minutes and the staff where very knowledgeable and friendly which helped alot.
