I stopped by The Shade Store to look at some options for a remodel I am doing on my home. I was so impressed by the store. It is beautiful. I love the fact that they have swatches of all their fabrics beautifully organized and I could take as many as I wanted home with me. I worked with Jennifer. She was great and so knowledgeable. She gave me lots of great ideas and her follow up has been amazing! Overall, it has been a great experience and I am very excited to continue working with The Shade Store in the future.

I had a great experience at The Shade Store in Santa Monica. My wife and I purchased motorized roller shades for our bedroom and office. I had to be convinced to spend the extra money on motors and I am so glad I did! They are amazing and I can't believe I ever considered not getting them. We are so happy with our purchase. My entire experience with this company has been amazing. The design consultant, Jennifer, provided us with the best sales experience we have ever had. She was professional, knowledgeable about the products, patient and so responsive to our needs. I would highly recommend The Shade Store and Jennifer in particular. This company is definitely doing something right!
Nancy at The Shade Store is an invaluable design help. We LOVE what she helped us choose for our home. Measurement and Installation was great too - COVID friendly and very fast. We will do all our window treatments with her!
I don't post reviews but my husband I had an extraordinary experience at the Shade Store, so I feel the need to share. We visited the store on Montana not knowing exactly what we wanted for our kitchen, but Nancy was super helpful and she has great taste. She found us the perfect roller shades, guided me in measuring my windows, and even answered the phone on her day off when the installer had a question. That's not even the best part... After two weeks of owning our beautiful shades, my daughter managed to spray olive oil all over one of them (if you're wondering how, she filled an oil dispenser bottle to the very top and when she inserted the pourer, the pressure forced the oil up and out and all over the shade). The shade was ruined. I emailed Nancy that evening and, the next day, she contacted customer service for me and reported that they would replace my shade at NO cost. I highly recommend the Shade Store, their quality shades, and their exceptional customer service.
Maria from Sales and Carlos from the installation team were very good in understanding our needs, confirming our specs, and installing our motorized shades so that they are 100% operational.. Maria has been very responsive and answered all of our questions in the sales and planning phases. Carlos is technically very good and a great problem solver. Both Maria and Carlos are customer centric and have been a pleasure to work with. We are pleased with the motorized option from the The Shade Shop. The remotes are easy to use and save quite a bit of time. We are customers that are pleased with our purchase.
