Not very helpful in locating a lost package and not helpful when you get a USPS email telling a customer to pick up a package from the office. This location needs to be revamped to have better customer service and new technology to locate packages.

Wow, had to go there because they didn’t pick up my packages according to our set paid schedule and I needed to send my items ASAP, so went there myself to send the items and some Indian dude at the front told me to go to the back myself and find where to drop the items off. I don’t work there so why couldn’t he simply tell me exactly where I needed to go in the back or just do it himself or even attempt to show me. No, he just shrugs and tells me to help myself even after their company already failed to serve me right to begin with.
Barely polite staff. Cannot normally explain how everything works here. Confusing passport appointment system: they would let you stay 20 min in each line just to tell you to wait in the third one. If you here for the passport- immediately notify people who work here what you here for and ask them when or if you will be called to submit passport application. P.s. “passport line” does not mean a thing here

The service is pretty bad here. They asked me to put my package in a bigger envelope. Then told me the one I got was for letters. No explanation why it wasn’t suitable, despite my item fitting. When I asked why I couldn’t use it they just repeated the stock statement. I asked if they could tape it for security; they said I had to buy the tape and do it myself. This experience is pretty typical of my visits to USPS. The people serving you aren’t interested in helping, only doing their job. Service is so much better at delivery businesses like FedEx and UPS.
