Employees are friendly and service is good but the food is very overpriced for what you get. The Fillmore location is cheaper and gives more food per serving. Here I’m paying a dollar more for 1/4 less food.

The ambiance and the food at the Waba Grill is amazing. the owner proprietor of this Waba Grill location is very personable and goes to great Lengths to know you. The staff is very polite and courteous and the restroom is very clean. The decor and the ambiance allows for a family atmosphere or just a place for a quick bite. There is plenty of room for friends and family together and share moments of laughter while enjoying a great meal. A great addition to Santa Paula community.
Hospitality was very nice my first time there and definitely wont be the last I'm enjoying my food right now so good.

1st time visitor. My wife and I stopped in for lunch; we knew it had recently opened and wanted to try it out (we'd never been to a Waba Grill.) First impression was good. It's new so everything was clean. Parking lot was clean although a little confusing as you turn off the street (there's a ton of parking in the rear.) We ordered our meals and waited for them to be prepared. My wife ordered the chicken vegetable bowl and I ordered the Waba rice bowl. They got my order wrong - they gave me a Waba vegetable instead. No big deal, it came with veggies. One thing I wasn't a fan of was the sauce they drizzle on the food. It's a soy sauce glaze and I'm not a big soy sauce fan - they should ask if you want it on the food or as a side. My wife noticed that the only utensils they had were plastic forks but that the veggies eere big enough where she would have like a fork to cut them up. We both wondered what the kid's meals would be like if the veggies were too big. The food itself was really fresh, the carrots, broccoli and cabbage crunchy. Both the chicken and steak were lean. Overall it was a good experience and we'll try it again.
I normally love the food and friendly service and go in at least once a week never again I just gave a 20.00 for a meal that cost 9.73 they forgot the rest of my change I'll never again be taken advantage of they don't notice there mistakes I'll take my elsewhere
They take too long in preparing the food. But it is worth the wait because the food is very delicious especially the salmon.
