I ordered for the first time recently, and I love it so much. Full disclosure, I suffer from chronic migraines, and sometimes chocolate can trigger one. But I *love* chocolate, so sometimes I chase my chocolate with some Advil. But with Phi, not only is the taste fantastic (especially those Golden Milk Truffles), but I find that they don't trigger migraines. I wonder if it's because of the quality of ingredients they use. But regardless, I'm so glad to find a guilt free, tasty, and migraine free brand. 10/10 would recommend.

Yuk. Small Extremely Expensive. Lily Chocolate 100% better. Plus cheaper. Don't waste your money like me. I threw them away!
Ok, I do understand that organic, handmade, bla, bla, bla... should cost more. And if you are on strict "no sugar" diet for the health reasons, that may be your only option to experience real chocolate taste, not some sorry chocolate-like chips, usually available for the people with this limitation. But if you're not absolutely restricted to only zero sugar - I don’t see any reason to buy it. At least I will not, for sure. Because it is a lot of different sorts of organic chocolate nova days, and the taste is nothing special if compared to other organic dark chocolate bars with the same percent of cocoa. So, why pay about one and a half time more for less chocolate?
Disappointing:( I was so excited about their products, I ordered a variety of things (the super sampler, 2 bars, more truffles and the chocolate chips). 1 star is for the insulation of the package, it was impressive. Unfortunately some items in my order wasn't included in the box. I emailed them and the customer service seemed helpful at first, 2 months and 5 emails later still nothing... If you want to spend time and energy on chasing your order, this is the place for you! After spending 80 on chocolate and waiting for 2 weeks for the shipment, I expect it to include everything I paid for and I would never leave this review if they've actually mailed the remaining items the first time they said so. On top of everything, the taste is VERY disappointing, worse than tasteless, to the point it really doesn't matter how healthy it is! It's been sitting in the fridge since it's hard to get through. Unfortunately not recommended.
I ordered the Ultimate Sampler Pack and was so excited to try these. Big mistake! They taste horrible, extremely over priced, and no return or refund policy. Customer service is non-existent. Lesson learned
Really not good. Bland and chalk-like chocolate. Not worth the price
John helped me a few days ago.. he was a literall trash can. I havent had worse service from any establishment ever. Chocolate tastes awful was really disappointed. But overall John was the worst part of the experience. Never will go again for sure would never reccomend.
The chocolate was good,for sugar free. The 9.00 shipping fee for a 5.00 bar was abit over the top. I'll wait until I can get it threw prime
