Our company bought an industrial scale many years ago but the cable that leads to our indicator was recently cut. We contacted the scale company we bought it from and they shrugged us off and said, "We don't sale scales anymore." We looked around for different solutions and came across B & B and Les helped us locate the correct cable. When we finally received the 35 cable, our old indicator did not seem to work as it just provided an error message. I emailed the company and Les actually called me shortly after receiving my email that, most likely, the indicator needed to be re-calibrated which was way out of my expertise. He was not familiar with the indicator that we had but he spent over a half an hour making sure we had wired everything correctly as well as he found the instruction manual online and tried to help walk me through the calibration. (Remember, a 35 cable!) He never seemed bothered to help, never asked for money, nothing.The instructions were very confusing as the indicator was from China and was old and no longer in production. After unsuccessful calibration he called me again a day later and recommended I try the company I bought it from again, then check with a local scale company to see if they could help, and if none of those worked out he would sell me an indicator at a good price. I ended up getting the indicator, knowing he would totally back it up and support my purchase. He called once I received it and helped calibrate it. I am still amazed how above and beyond Les went for a basic customer that made just a small purchase! It was a level of service I have never experienced!

Stay away from doing business with les. I ordered scale kits from him and nothing was what I ordered. Also got a bad kit and he said he would refund the 700. To this day still nothing but dodged calls. Terrible business.
