It’s very rude when two of the staff members will yell at the guards right in front of the customers. I tried my best to work as a team player for 7 months. I had customers asking where is the lady that likes to yell at you. I was there to observe and report. I was told by the store management that we weren’t there to make friends. Teach your staff not to be rude when guards or any other employees are there to help during any shift. I have had 7 years plus of retail experience, as well.

Best practices for liquor, cigarettes and perfumes, if you are traveling to Juarez Mexico. Personal is very friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend. Don't forget some of items are Duty Free and has to cross into Juarez, but it can be brought back to the States at no charge.

You can only buy things here if crossing the border, they'll hand you your merchandise once you've crossed in to Mexico. They follow you around the store like you're going to pocket a whole bottle of alcohol, and staff seems like you're bothering them if you have a question.
