You must be patient and have the time and resources to properly have a building delivered. Invest in researching placement; how they deliver, local laws and possible complications. Prep your property, and explain how you want the footing. Map it out and have Dj big and Bubba scary oversee the placement. Take mov or jpeg while placing. Prep your purchased footing materials to complement theirs. Be prepared to assist with placement. You must meet their code for stability. Our delivery went well. We had the time to match weather and ground stability with their schedule. A representative literally came out and examined the pathway. 4 stars, because a broken window and door knob were promised but not delivered.

Was told building would only be 12 \ off the ground they come out and set it up and back end is 35\ off the ground and driver had hit a power line on way to the house. I complain about it and they act like it my fault then tell me they are going to take the building that is payed in full and has my stuff in it.

Well the place I got my building from Fair friendly people very helpful Better Built on the other hand good quality building. The billing on the other hand even after I had paid my note I still ended up having to pay another 400 which was a little bit cockamamie and backdooring people I thought that they had paid off their note and you don't get a notice until 90 days later when they've already tacked on a couple hundred dollars in late fees late payments Miss payment whatever and they never report to the credit bureau even though I was told that they would so their financing department needs to pull their head out there Keyhole and take a look around you say 3,600
